our almost finished Feature Documentary Project: "Green Rebels" is the only feature documentary project on the American-Israeli solar power visionary Yosef Abramowitz, and his African partners. Together, they built the first commercial-scale solar fields in Central Africa - in Rwanda and Burundi (600 million Africans have no access to electricity!).
It is a universal story of the power of solar energy to change peoples’ lives - and of course to address the dangers of climate change. And lastly - "Green Rebels" suggests a silver lining to the very difficult war with Iran: a clear alternative to the vulnerability of our worldwide fossil fuel system: pioneering green energy generation across the planet!
